There are a number of fine websites which I have enjoyed through the years.  These are all worth a visit.

Aussie fern grower extraordinaire Keith Rogers provides growing tips, including growing from spores at the Australian Fern Society site,  http://users.chariot.net.au/~saufern/index

The best publication on staghorns is The Platycerium Hobbyists Handbook, by Roy Vail, available from the author at http://mena-ark.com/dbp/index.htm.  Roy is working on a video version of his publication, which will be a welcome addition to the information currently available.

Roy has collaborated with Lourens Oppermann to create an informational site at www.platycerium.co.za.

Harry Witmore shares the varied interests of most tropical plant growers.  His site,

www.cloudjungle.com covers many interesting plants, including ferns.

Another site showing beautiful ways to display and grow is Exotic Rainforest, http://exoticrainforest.com/.  This site also has good information about many tropical genera.

A number of fern societies have useful information, or worthwhile links:

The San Diego Fern Society

Tropical Fern & Exotic Plant Society  A Miami/South Florida society, with a focus on tropical ferns.

www.laifs.org  The Los Angeles International Fern Society
